The extruded section of the transverse bar has been extensively tested in wind-tunnels, so as to eliminate noise, whatever the speed of the wind, when passing over the grating. Patented product, with the collaboration of the French building research institute CSTB.

During assembly, slats (BT) and bearing bars (BP) are pressure locked together to give extreme rigidity and enhance aeroacoustic qualities.
