Normally we offer as below:

• Subject to our final confirmation,
• subject undivided order
• subject unsold,
• subject to our Principals' final confirmation as follows:

Price is ex-works or C&F (destination) according to Incoterms (latest edition)

Legalization and Certification of documents are charged at cost if applicable.

Delivery time counts always after receipt of workable L/C.

Inspection Prior to shipment to be final. Third party inspection costs are for buyer'.

Packing depends on the commodity or destination. For example:

• Seaworthy packed
• Suitable for Export
• Unpacked
• Unprotected bundles
• Specified Packing as per Clients requirements.

Payment: Irrecoverable, transferable letter of credit payable at sight.

Mill Certificate will be supplied according to agreements

We usually reserve the right to requote if our offer is not accepted entirely as quoted.
